We attach great importance to being able to welcome guests with specific needs in terms of accessibility.

Our cottage has been renovated in this spirit and includes a series of facilities that will allow people with specific needs to feel comfortable to fully enjoy their stay.

Drop-off car park

The drop-off point is located in front of the entrance to the gîte.
The drop-off point is on hard ground without obstacles.
The normal car park is located a few meters away and accessible by a slope with a drop too steep for a person in a wheelchair.
The path from the car park to the entrance of the gîte is away from the road and is through a garden which is fenced.
The entrance to the building on one level.

The pathways are wide and unobstructed.
Most of the storage is accessible for a person in a chair
An access ramp allows access to the PMR room
The ground floor is an open space that promotes living together.
The kitchen utensils are stored on shelves and visible which supports autonomy by allowing the person to participate in the preparation of the table, meals, ...
The lounge area is near the kitchen and the dining room.

Room accessible via an inclined ramp.
Spacious barrier-free room
Two single beds convertible into a double bed.
Presence of various accessible sockets
Wardrobe at height for people with a wheelchair
Presence of a fire alarm system in the room.

PMR bathroom

Barrier-free location facilitating transfers and travel.
WC equipped with grab bars
Walk-in shower with non-slip seat and grab bar.
Sink and fittings adapted.

Outdoor spaces

Accessible on the same level by the main door
Coating of the covered terrace in hard accessible to all.
The garden is crossed by a hard and flat path, accessible to all, which leads to the covered terrace. This path is delimited on its sides by the lawn area (natural guide lines).
The garden is delimited by a fence and two gates

Other specific points

Lighting is sufficient and continuous throughout the building and facilitates lip reading
The owners or a close neighbor are present near the gîte.
The cottage is equipped with an audible fire alarm system. The entire cottage is sufficiently lit.
We benefited from sensitization to the needs of disoriented people.
